Position: Office Boy
As the Office Boy, you will play an important support role in maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment and assisting staff and guests with basic needs throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea and coffee to employees and visitors
- Ensure cleanliness of pantry, meeting rooms, and work areas
- Support stationery and printer supply management
- Assist in setting up beverages during meetings
- Deliver internal memos, files, or documents across departments
- Monitor and report office supply usage
- Run basic errands and assist with minor office tasks as needed
Requirements
- Basic to moderate English communication skills
- Previous experience as an office boy is a plus, but not mandatory
