About the Role
As a Box Truck Delivery Driver, you’ll be delivering packages using a 20-foot step van. This isn’t just a driving job—it’s a full-body, on-your-feet role where speed, accuracy, and great customer service matter. CDL is not required, but 2+ years of box truck driving experience is a must.

Requirements
- At least 2 years experience driving 20-foot box trucks (or larger)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Able to work Monday–Friday and both weekend days
- Able to lift and carry heavy packages consistently
- Must own a personal vehicle and cell phone
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Positive attitude and ability to follow protocol and delivery procedures
Responsibilities
- Safely drive a 20-foot step van
- Deliver packages accurately and efficiently for FedEx Ground
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure on-time deliveries
- Follow training protocols and adhere to company safety standards
- Provide great customer service at every stop
- Represent BAC Logistics in a professional and courteous manner
