About the Role
As a Scaffolder, you’ll play a critical role in erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures across large-scale industrial or engineering sites. Your work will support construction crews, engineers, and maintenance professionals by providing safe access to elevated work areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per technical drawings and safety guidelines
- Conduct safety checks and ensure stability and compliance with all regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, safety officers, and construction teams on-site
- Handle scaffolding materials with care and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow site-specific health and safety protocols to ensure team safety
- Report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors
- Assist in training junior scaffolders or laborers when needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 to 10 years of scaffolding experience in industrial, oil & gas, or commercial construction environments
- Strong technical knowledge of scaffolding systems and tools
- Understanding of scaffolding safety standards and risk assessments
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights
- Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and plans
- Certifications in scaffolding (CITB, CISRS, or local equivalent) are an advantage
