Position: Hotel Driver
As a Hotel Driver, you are one of the first points of contact for our guests. Your role goes beyond driving—it’s about offering a luxurious and unforgettable experience from the moment a guest arrives to the moment they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally at all times
- Transport guests safely and comfortably to and from the hotel in premium vehicles
- Maintain hotel vehicles in immaculate condition, inside and out
- Coordinate routes based on traffic and timing for optimal efficiency
- Assist with luggage handling and support the doorman and porter team
- Provide a warm, engaging first impression to all visitors and passers-by
- Respond flexibly to special requests and ensure guest satisfaction in every journey

Requirements
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Several years of safe driving experience, ideally in luxury environments
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Well-groomed and professional appearance at all times
- Strong understanding of guest service and luxury hospitality standards
- Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure
- Team player who contributes positively to workplace culture
