About the Role

As a Hotel Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to maximize hotel revenue through strategic account management, sales planning, and relationship building. This includes overseeing business development in rooms, banquets, food & beverage, and events by using modern sales tools and techniques.

You’ll be the key link between the hotel and the market—understanding trends, identifying opportunities, and strengthening the brand’s position.

Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve revenue targets by selling all aspects of the hotel: Rooms, F&B, Banquets, Events
  • Develop and convert new business accounts within your territory
  • Participate in the creation and execution of hotel sales strategies
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment activities

🧑‍💼 Account Management

  • Manage key accounts and ensure maximum revenue generation
  • Keep account details and CRM database up to date and accurate
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking
  • Communicate leads across departments and sister hotels as needed
  • Ensure client satisfaction from booking to service delivery

🧠 Market Awareness

  • Monitor local market trends, competition threats, and brand perception
  • Identify and inform management of sales opportunities and risks
  • Provide market feedback to help shape future hotel strategies

🤝 Client Relations

  • Represent the hotel with professionalism, honesty, and courtesy
  • Maintain multi-level contacts within key accounts
  • Ensure all promises to clients are deliverable and realistic
  • Organize client gatherings to enhance long-term partnerships

🧾 Reporting & Coordination

  • Attend daily and weekly sales team meetings
  • Submit performance reports and market updates
  • Support in marketing campaigns, promotions, and mailers
  • Follow up with the finance team for credit management and collections

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in hotel sales or similar customer-facing business development roles
  • Qualification: Diploma or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, or Sales
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of sales practices in the hotel industry
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • English proficiency (Arabic is a plus)
    • Strong organizational and presentation abilities
    • Self-motivated, team player, achiever, and implementer
  • Nationality: Open to candidates from any country
