Position: Maintenance Foreman
As Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the successful execution of various building maintenance tasks across multiple sites. From tiling and painting to waterproofing and carpentry, your role will be central to keeping RAMACO projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians across various trades
- Monitor daily on-site tasks related to civil trades including:
- Tiling
- Surface preparation
- Painting
- Gypsum works
- Waterproofing
- Carpentry or aluminum tasks
- Ensure safety compliance and proper tool usage on-site
- Report project progress and material needs to site engineers or management
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth execution of maintenance schedules
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely task completion
Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum High School certificate or equivalent
- Experience:
- 7–10 years of total experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the GCC (Qatar, UAE, etc.)
- Gender: Male
- Age: 30–40 years
- Nationality: Open to all
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of on-site civil maintenance works
- Hands-on expertise in multiple trade areas
- Good leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage teams and enforce standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive and reliable team player
