Position: Remote Service Desk Technician

As a Service Desk Technician, you’ll be part of a remote support team providing daily technical assistance for mobile devices like smartphones, tablets, and rugged devices. You will assist users via phone, email, and ticketing platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for mobile phones, tablets, and connected devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using ticketing systems under SLA timelines
  • Field inbound/outbound support calls and respond to email inquiries
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to log, track, and resolve tickets
  • Deliver clear, professional communication in English and French
  • Document support cases accurately and escalate when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT support environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and working within SLAs
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent professional communication and customer service etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software tools
  • Availability to work day and evening shifts (Monday to Friday – EST)
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
