Position: Warehouse Team Member
📍 Location: Various locations across Canada
🕒 Shifts:
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📅 Monday to Friday (Schedule flexibility may be required)

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Team Member, your key responsibilities include:
- Accurately check, assemble, and consolidate products based on customer orders
- Use RF scanners and workstation tools to manage shipping labels and verification sheets
- Perform inventory checks and assist with audits
- Ensure all items are processed with high accuracy and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, disposing of materials properly
- Uphold company policies and demonstrate respect for Metro Supply Chain’s values
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of warehouse or general labor experience
- Comfortable using RF scanners, computer keyboards, and WMS (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and basic math for inventory accuracy
- Physical ability to lift 30 lbs repetitively and stand/walk for extended hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to service
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
- High school diploma preferred; basic literacy in English is required
